When and how will I receive the market report?

Preorders for the 2025 Oregon MHC Report are available now. Upon release in April 2025, a PDF copy of the report will be emailed to you. Pre-orders for the 2025 Washington Market Report will available this spring. Check back for additional state release updates.

What state reports are currently available?

Oregon is the first annual MHC report being released in April 2025. Washington State will be the second report released later in the year. Our goal is to expand the available states as soon as possible. Please check back for updates on future state release dates.

How do I receive the $50 discount for completing surveys

Community owners and property managers can complete online surveys for communities they own or manage. Once an online survey is completed, you will have the option of completing additional surveys or receiving a discount code in your email. If you complete more than one survey, a higher discount code will be received. You may also use multiple discount codes if you choose to complete surveys at separate times. If eight or more surveys are completed, you can get a free MHC report. If you are not the community owner or property manager, you are not eligible to fill out community surveys.
